Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with the processor — we do not store complete card details on our servers. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards.

Email & Communications

Transactional messages (confirmations, receipts, and event logistics) are sent as part of your registration or sponsorship. Promotional emails are sent only if you opt in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link — you can opt out at any time.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver the event, recognize sponsors, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then retain or dispose of it in line with those obligations.
