Charitable Event Disclosure & Proceeds Statement

This event is organized and hosted by The Preserve Resort & Clays 4 Charity, which is not a nonprofit organization, charitable organization, or tax-exempt entity.

The event is intended to support Rotating Benefiting Charities. All NET proceeds from the event will be donated to the benefiting charity. For purposes of this event, “NET proceeds” means the funds remaining after payment of all event-related costs and expenses, including but not limited to facility usage, staffing, production, marketing, materials, transaction fees, and other direct or indirect costs associated with planning, producing, and operating the event.

The Preserve Resort & Clays 4 Charity retains the right to promote, advertise, host, and charge fees related to the use of its venue, services, and event operations, and such costs are included in the calculation of event expenses prior to determining the net proceeds available for donation.

Payments made to or processed by The Preserve Resort & Clays 4 Charity in connection with this event—including but not limited to ticket purchases, sponsorships, auction bids, raffle entries, merchandise purchases, or other participation—are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.

Individuals or entities seeking a potential tax-deductible charitable contribution must make donations directly to the Rotating Benefiting Charity for that year. Any tax deductibility is determined solely by the benefiting charity and applicable tax law.

This disclosure applies to all event-related transactions and participation, including but not limited to ticket purchases, sponsorships, silent and live auctions, raffles, and other fundraising activities conducted as part of the event.
